Right now I have it organized by the designer to ensure that I give proper credit where credit is due. But now that I seem to be gathering more and more (ahem--My name is Nicki and I have a clip art problem) I can't seem to find what I need.
How do you organize your stuff? I thought about organizing all of the borders in one folder, all of the frames in another, etc. But then again---how do you keep it organized to know who to credit in your creation!!?? Aggh....this is been on my mind all weekend and now I'm creating something and here I go again---where is that darn clip art I need? I know I just saw it!!! But which folder!!??
And I don't want to keep making folders for folders....does that make sense??
Help!??!! I need organization!
I know what you mean....who knew clip art was so addicting! Right now I also have mine organized by designer so I make sure credit is given. When I am looking for something in particular I use the search bar that is in the upper right corner, but it only works if the word I am searching is in the title of the image. I will be following these comments to see what other good ideas people have!

I organize it just like my pinterest boards- by theme/month. That way, I know where to find it. So, if I'm making an awesome spring unit (eh hem), then I'll go to my "Spring" folder under my "technology" folder, which only contains clip art. The credit is already with the clip art, so I don't feel the need to organize that way. Clip art is SO ADDICTING! I feel your pain, girl!

That sounds like a much better way than how I do mine now! Mine is also by designer.

I keep mine organized by designer for the same reason you do. However, I have a little less clip art since I accidentally dumped my folder in the trash and deleted it! OMG! That's what I get for being in a hurry I guess. I have gotten a lot of it back by going back through my downloads folder. I'll certainly be more careful next time! Good luck organizing!
